Fun Fact: Lavender essential oil is  is extracted through distilling the flowering tops from the Lavender plant.






Aches and Pains: Fill a tub with hot water, add a couple drops of Lavender and a handful of epsom salts. Soak for 20-30 minutes.

Skin Breakouts: Dab a bit of Lavender directly on breakouts 2-3 times a day.

Burns: Apply directly over burn for a soothing and cooling effect. This also applies to sunburns.

Cuts: Rub over cuts for it’s antibacterial properties.

Sleep: Rub a couple drops on the bottoms of your feet for restful sleep.

Bug Bites: A couple drops to the affected area will help soothe itching.

Earache: Massage a couple drops around the painful ear.

Dandruff: add a few drops to your shampoo to help balance the ph of your hair. The anti-fungal properties will help manage the dandruff.

Nighttime Tea: Add a drop to hot water with a scoop of raw honey for a relaxing evening tea.
